These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase of tickets to, and attendance at, the Money Mastery Conference 2026 (the "Event"), hosted by Adeola Monofi ("MMC", "we", "us", or "our") in Calgary, Alberta, on October 10–11, 2026.
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase a ticket.
The Event is a two-day, in-person educational conference in Calgary, Alberta. It is held in person only, and there is no online or virtual attendance option. Event hours are October 10 (8am–4pm) and October 11 (12pm–6pm), with doors opening 30 minutes before each start time. An after-party follows on October 11 from 6pm to 7pm. The Event takes place at Venice Banquet Hall, 4310 33 St NE, Calgary, Alberta. If the venue changes, we will email registered attendees.
Speakers, session topics, schedule, and format may change. Changes of this kind are not grounds for a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to tell attendees about significant changes.
If we cancel the Event, we will refund the full ticket price. If we reschedule the Event, your ticket will be valid for the new date, and if you cannot attend the new date you may request a refund.
We want the Event to be respectful, safe, and useful for everyone. Please follow staff and venue instructions and treat other attendees, speakers, and staff with courtesy. We may remove anyone who harasses others, behaves in a disruptive or unsafe way, or breaks venue rules. Anyone removed for these reasons is not entitled to a refund.
We may photograph, film, and record the Event, including the audience. By attending, you agree that your image and voice may appear in these materials and be used to promote and document the Event and for educational purposes. If you do not want to be included, please tell our staff at the Event or email us beforehand, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.
You may not record, broadcast, or share recordings of sessions without our written permission.
The Event is for general educational purposes. Nothing said or shown at the Event, on our website, or in related materials is financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or insurance advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any product or security.
Some speakers are licensed professionals. They present in their own capacity, their views are their own, and speaking at or talking with you at the Event does not create an advisory or client relationship unless you separately agree to one in writing. Investing and business ventures involve risk, including the loss of money. Please speak with a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
Income, portfolio, dividend, and business results shared by the host or speakers, and the earnings screenshots and testimonials shown on our website, are personal experiences. They are not typical, and they are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your circumstances, effort, decisions, and market conditions.
The frameworks, presentations, worksheets, and other materials shared at the Event belong to MMC or the speakers who created them. You may use them for your own personal learning. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMC, the host, the speakers, and our partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses connected to the Event, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. You are responsible for your own belongings and attend at your own risk. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted at the time you buy your ticket applies to that purchase, unless we need to update it to comply with the law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alberta.
